- 24 Sessions (2 x per week 12 weeks – duration timeframe can be discussed)
- Lifestyle Diet Plan – a healthy eating plan that fits in with the family, wellbeing focused
- Mindset and nutritional balance – regain control of your eating, body, and purge bad habits
- Diet diary completed for term of course
- Exercises planned around your requirements for optimal results and increase your metabolism
