After a fantastic evening watching the St Albans Fashion Show in the Cathedral, it dawned on me that the ‘little black dress’ season is just round the corner.
If you too were drooling over the sequin body-hugging dresses, or the slinky satin numbers – you may have also been thinking – I’d never be able to wear that!
OK, so you can grab the spanks and squeeze yourself into the Christmas party dress, but wouldn’t it feel fantastic to have the shape you want, and wear the clothes you love? Don’t put off the new fitness regime for the New Year – start your personal training in St Albans now I say!
It’s a great time before all the celebrations begin to get you in the right mind-set to eat healthy and stay healthy. By doing some simple functional training and balancing your food intake (you don’t have to cut out all the treats!); you could be seeing quick results ready for your party outfit.
Banish the bingo wings, ditch the muffin tops – with my hourglass fitness 1-2-1 training I’ll get you feeling like you are catwalk ready and all you need is the dress to match.
So call me today, tell your friends…. Party dress season, here we come!
p.s. Huge congratulations to Ellie and all the St Albans Fashion Show team – the event was amazing, you all did a brilliant job – can’t wait to next year. Well donePin It
